These terms cover the Atelas app and the optional Atelas Plus purchase. By using Atelas you agree to them.

The app

Atelas is free to download and use. It works fully offline: your sessions, moods, notes and settings stay on your phone (see the Privacy page).

Atelas Plus

Atelas Plus is an optional one-time in-app purchase. It is not a subscription: you pay once and keep it. It unlocks the breathing technique library, voice guidance, background sounds and chime choices, and what we add to Plus later. The price is shown in the app and in the store before you buy.

The purchase, payment, refunds and Restore purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their own terms. On iPhone, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies. Use Settings → Restore purchases on a new phone or after reinstalling.

Not medical advice

Atelas offers breathing exercises for relaxation and focus. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Breathe gently and stop if you feel dizzy or unwell. Never practise breath holds in or near water or while driving. If you are pregnant or have a heart, lung or other health condition, ask your doctor before trying techniques with holds.

As is

Atelas is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
